  • How do I book?
    Go to the BOOK ONLINE page. By booking a time slot you automatically become a member of Ryedale Dog Field. You will have sole use of the field for the period you have booked (unless of course you have decided to share with a friend!) Follow the simple steps on the booking form to book your time. ​ Start by selecting how many dogs you are bringing and how long you wish to book the field for, either half an hour or an hour. Then choose the day and time and you would like to visit. Only available time slots will be shown on the calendar. ​ If you just want to book one session in the field click on “continue”. If you want to book more than one session click on “add a time” and you can book another appointment. You can do this multiple times. If you know you want to book a certain time regularly, either every day, week or month then you can click the recurring option. Once you have made as many booking as you wish click on “continue” The next page is the “Your info” page. A summary of your bookings is shown at the top of the page. You then need to complete your information and click on pay now. If you have purchased a package or been given a gift certificate then click on the “Redeem Package or Gift Certificate” button to enter your code. To complete the booking enter your card details and click on pay & confirm. You can also tick the box to “save this card” to prevent you having to type in your details every time you wish to make an appointment. Once this procedure has been completed your booking will be confirmed and you will also receive a confirmation email with details of your booking and how to get into the field. (If you do not receive your confirmation email please check your spam box and if you still can’t find it please contact us). After you’ve made your first booking you can create an account so you don’t have to fill in your details every time.
  • How do I see my bookings?
    Once you have booked your first appointment you can create a login. Once you have created your profile all you have to do is login to see your list of upcoming appointments and any previous appointments you have made. You can also see any active codes you have and how many appointments you have available with the active code.
  • Can I reschedule my booking?
    Yes! To amend a booking you can amend up to 12 hours prior to your booking slot Go to the BOOK ONLINE page Click on login Sign in using your login details If you haven’t previously signed/logged in do the following: On the bottom on the left it says ‘don’t have an account? Sign Up Click sign up The screen refreshes Fill in the email Password Retype password Click go You will now see the book now page and the top right it says hello| sign out On the screen under my account click appointments You will then see any bookings you have made Click on the booking you would like to amend or cancel You will then see a clock symbol appear to the right To amend the booking click the clock It will then display the calendar Select your new chosen date and time Click next The booking has now been amended
  • How do I reschedule my booking?
    Login to your account and a summary of your forthcoming bookings will show. Each appointment has the option to reschedule via the “reschedule” button. Click on reschedule and follow the process to choose a new date and time. Once you have amended your booking you will receive an email confirming your new date and time. On the screen under my account click appointments You will then see any bookings you have made Click on the booking you would like to amend or cancel You will then see a clock and a bin symbol appear To amend the booking click the clock It will then display the calendar Select your chosen date and time Click next The booking has now been amended
  • Can I I cancel my booking?
    No we cannot accept cancellations but you can amend your booking up to 12 hours prior to your booked time slot. See the above question if you need help with how to amend your booking.
  • Can I book more than one time slot at a time?
    Yes! Once you have selected a date and time for your first booking click on the “add a time” option and select the next date and time you would like to book.
  • Do I need to bring my own water?
    Yes, please bring your own water to prevent cross-contamination.
